📋 Description

• Drive new business through outbound sales activity, lead follow-up, referrals, and consistent prospecting • Quote, present, and close policies across multiple lines, including auto, home, renters, life, and health • Conduct needs-based sales conversations to uncover opportunities and recommend appropriate coverage • Cross-sell and upsell existing customers through policy reviews and proactive outreach • Manage a sales pipeline independently and maintain consistent follow-up • Overcome objections confidently and close business with urgency • Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and performance metrics • Meet and exceed production goals in a remote sales environment • Support customer needs when necessary while maintaining a sales-first focus

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of State Farm agency experience • Active Property & Casualty license required • Active Life & Health license preferred • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals • Strong experience quoting, presenting, and closing insurance policies • Ability to work remotely with accountability, consistency, and urgency
