📋 Description

• Responsibility for managing the restaurant and organizing overall operations • Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the restaurant • Leading and motivating the team • Maintaining high quality standards in service and kitchen • Planning and implementing marketing and sales strategies • Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards • Serving as the main point of contact for guests and resolving issues • Staff planning and development

🎯 Requirements

• Proven professional experience • Experience in chain restaurant operations (system gastronomy) is an advantage • Leadership experience and a strong team orientation • Strong service and customer focus • Good German language skills • Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure • High commitment and a strong sense of responsibility • Completed vocational training in hospitality or equivalent qualification • Several years of experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in a management position • Good commercial/business management knowledge • Strong communication and organizational skills • High customer and service orientation • Team player with assertiveness
