📋 Description

• Build a new product line from the ground up. • Lead a small team of product engineers. • Work closely with leadership to drive product development. • Prototype and build the foundation for the product. • Code alongside the team while contributing to product direction. • Ensure high standards in terms of speed and quality. • Help the team operate effectively by simplifying complex problems. • Solve problems related to AI voice and chat agents.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering. • Experience leading technical decisions and mentoring engineers. • Hands-on experience building with LLMs. • Opinions on LLM observability, prompt engineering, and building reliable AI systems. • Product-minded with focus on impact and reducing the cost of change. • Ability to determine when to use duct tape vs build for scale. • Embraced AI in workflow utilizing tools like Cursor, Claude Code or Codex. • Experience of building products from 0 to 1. • Passionate about diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
