Louco targets consumers looking for tailored, local and international events and may support ticketing, recommendations and social discovery features.

📋 Description

• Act as the interface between Management, Legal, Product, and Engineering • Support the creator subscription model, including sign-up, renewals, upgrades/downgrades, cancellations, payment processing, and invoicing • Review and maintain legal requirements for creator subscriptions, platform fees, and paid features • Support the preparation and maintenance of Terms and Conditions for creators/event organizers and ticket buyers • Support Louco’s ticketing operations, including Stripe Connect, service/booking fees, payments, refunds, event cancellations, and chargebacks • Support data protection, consumer protection, and e-commerce requirements • Coordinate open questions with external legal counsel and tax advisors • Translate approved legal requirements into Jira tickets, product requirements, and acceptance criteria • Hand over requirements to and coordinate with the Development team • Review implementation across the app, website, Creator Dashboard, checkout, subscription flow, ticketing, invoices, and emails • Conduct Legal & Compliance QA before releases and track open items through final implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in business law, law, Legal Tech, or a comparable field • Interest in IT law, e-commerce, SaaS/subscriptions, platform law, data protection, and payments • Strong interest in apps, digital business models, and software products • Ability to translate legal requirements into clear, actionable tasks • Structured, meticulous, and independent working style • Enjoy working with developers and Product teams • Very good German and good English skills • Experience with Jira, Stripe, subscription/payment models, or Legal Tech is a plus
