• Support the LOVB Pro Commissioner’s Office by delivering strategic insights, executive-level reporting, and cross-functional analytics that help drive league growth and operational performance. • Partner closely with the VP, Chief of Staff and Pro Leadership Team to build and maintain key business intelligence tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks across major commercial and operational functions. • Develop, maintain, and optimize executive-level KPI dashboards that track key business and strategic performance metrics across LOVB Pro. • Partner cross-functionally with teams including Media, Ticketing, Sponsorship, Partnerships, Brand Marketing, Finance, and Operations to consolidate and analyze business performance data. • Create reporting frameworks and visualization tools that support league-wide strategic planning and executive decision-making. • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for leadership audiences. • Monitor league performance against strategic S3 targets and proactively identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities. • Provide analytical and operational support to the Pro Leadership Team across high-priority strategic initiatives and special projects. • Conduct ad hoc business analyses related to fan engagement, revenue growth, audience development, commercial performance, and league operations. • Support forecasting, scenario planning, and business modeling efforts tied to league growth objectives. • Assist in preparing executive presentations, reports, and strategic materials for internal leadership meetings and external stakeholders. • Help establish scalable data processes and reporting standards that improve organizational visibility and operational efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, Sports Management, or a related field. • 1–3 years of relevant internship, externship, consulting, analytics, strategy, or business intelligence experience preferred. • Experience working with business performance reporting, KPI tracking, or strategic analytics projects. • Experience in fast-paced, startup, consulting, or sports-related environments is strongly preferred. • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. • Experience building dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar platforms. • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with the ability to synthesize and analyze large datasets. • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Comfortable working in ambiguity and helping build scalable processes in a growing organization. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally in a remote environment. • Passion for women’s sports and interest in helping build the future of professional volleyball.
