πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution of LOVB’s digital platform. β€’ Lead discovery, define requirements, prioritize work, manage trade-offs. β€’ Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality product experiences. β€’ Measure product performance and use data to improve adoption, engagement, retention, and conversion. β€’ Create clear visibility into roadmap priorities, delivery progress, product performance, and trade-offs.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 10+ years of product management experience. β€’ Experience building and scaling consumer-facing digital products or platforms. β€’ Experience owning product strategy, roadmap, discovery, prioritization, and delivery. β€’ Experience working directly with engineering and design teams. β€’ Strong understanding of product growth, user engagement, retention, and customer experience. β€’ Experience balancing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. β€’ Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to guide product decisions. β€’ Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex ideas into clear product direction. β€’ Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where structure is still being built.
