📋 Description

• You are the architect of our Airtable database • From designing new data models and dashboards to automating processes and ensuring performance • You build and maintain complex automation scenarios • You actively monitor them, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all processes run smoothly • You are responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards • You ensure communication between our systems and tools • You create and maintain clear instructions (SOPs) and change logs • You manage access rights and roles for team members • You ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency with Airtable • Knowledge of complex data models (links, lookups, rollups) • Ability to build interfaces, automations, and scripts • Experience with tools like Make (or Zapier) • Experience with Power BI, data modeling, DAX, and deployment • Basic understanding of APIs (REST, webhooks) • Ability to write basic scripts in JavaScript or TypeScript • Experience with Google Workspace and Slack admin basics • Knowledge of Git for version control • Understanding of clean documentation practices
