• You are responsible for the entire recruiting process, from screening application documents to conducting candidate interview calls. • You conduct qualitative interviews to assess not only skills but also the cultural fit of candidates. • You create compelling, brand-aligned job postings and position our company as an attractive employer. • You support candidates from first contact through to contract signing and ensure an excellent onboarding process. • You work closely with hiring departments and managers to define clear role profiles and plan recruiting needs.
• Proven experience in recruiting, ideally in a fast-growing digital or remote company. • Excellent communication skills and a confident presence in video interviews. • Structured and self-directed work style in a remote environment. • Strong understanding of the importance of company culture and values in recruiting. • Experience with Factorial is a plus. • Confident use of communication tools for remote work (Slack, Google Workspace, Asana, etc.). • You embody our values and vision and act as an important ambassador for our employer brand. • We require German language skills at minimum C1 level.
