📋 Description
• Lead the onboarding and success journey for a diverse client base across the health, fitness, and wellness industry. • Build strong, genuine relationships — becoming your clients’ go-to partner and biggest cheerleader. • Turn insights and data into meaningful recommendations that help clients grow. • Anticipate client needs and identify opportunities before they ask. • Partner with product, sales, and support to represent client feedback and shape future improvements. • Measure success using key metrics (usage, onboarding time to value, NPS, renewals). • Celebrate client wins — because success deserves recognition.
🎯 Requirements
• A natural passion for customer success and creating great experiences. • Strong communication and project management skills. • Confidence using CRM/CSM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Asana). • A love for data storytelling — turning insights into action. • Curiosity, empathy, and attention to detail. • Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based environment (bonus points!).
