• Lead a team of consultants and specialists in the Americas. • Responsible for financial outcome and growing the business for LS Retail Professional Services in the region. • Manage engagements and ensure client satisfaction. • Support clients and consultants to ensure the delivery and quality of the service and professional growth. • Oversee daily activities and performance evaluation of team members. • Build up and maintain the regional LS Retail Consulting team.
• Undergraduate degree in technology, business or equivalent education and professional experience. • 5+ years of leadership and management at a professional services firm managing direct reports. • 10+ years of experience with ERP systems and implementation projects. • LS Retail functional and implementation knowledge is a big advantage. • Excellent organizational, presentation, analytical, written and verbal communication skills. • Experience with C-level client relationship building and management. • Experience in implementing both custom and packaged software solutions. • Experience in estimating work efforts in a professional services environment. • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results on a timely basis. • Fluency in written and spoken English.
