📋 Description

• Provide support and maintenance of the network environment and security platforms • Monitor the infrastructure and respond to issues and problems • Proactively recommend and implement processes improvements • Work closely with developers and consultants in assessing needs and supporting goals • Responsible for maintenance and support of servers, hosts and virtual machines • Provide off-hours support for the network environment, customers and employees when required • Implement solutions designed by senior engineers and architects • Resolve infrastructure incidents and problems • Perform upgrades, patching, monitoring, and maintenance • Participate in technology projects • Create and maintain documentation • Escalate complex issues

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar technical degree • Technical experience with 3-5 years of experience in network technology environments • Experience working with Office 365, Azure, Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Hyper-V and Exchange Server • Knowledge of internet connectivity, disaster recovery, fault tolerance, high availability and patch management
