📋 Description

• Deliver expert guidance on industry standards, valuation practices, and regulatory compliance. • Drive operational excellence and promote innovation in technical guidance. • Serve as a trusted advisor to internal teams and external stakeholders. • Maintain and enhance e.surv’s outward facing contact for lenders. • Attend lender meetings and deliver presentations at lender and regional conferences. • Support lender clients with technical guidance and individual policy requirements. • Monitor industry news and policy changes, contributing to articles and analysis of industry press. • Create and issue regular guidance to external clients. • Support testing of new workflows and technologies. • Answer technical queries within SLA agreements. • Contribute to quarter end, month end, and key milestone reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Detailed knowledge of RICS “Red Book” requirements. • Knowledge of current trends and emerging issues in the residential surveying and valuation sector. • The ability to interpret Management Information and work with internal IT systems. • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential surveying and valuation market. • Understanding of the 'end to end' mortgage origination process. • Proven experience of working as part of a team of remote and office based qualified surveyors. • Experience of producing technical guidance for a wide audience of clients and internal stakeholders. • Desire to improve the reputation and success of the business. • Demonstrable experience in promoting a culture of compliance within the business. • Comply with statutory and legal requirements by observing company policies and procedures. • Minimum MRICS. FRICS desirable but AssocRICS with suitable experience will be considered.
