đŻ Requirements
âą JD from an accredited law school âą Active bar membership in at least one US state âą 4-7 years of transactional legal experience with a focus on commercial contracts âą Experience with SaaS, data licensing, and healthcare-adjacent regulations âą Proactive, adaptable approach to problem-solving âą Ability to communicate clear, actionable guidance âą Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
