📋 Description
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements • Support regulatory compliance as Tapcheck expands into new markets • Advise on employment, product, and corporate governance matters • Help build the legal infrastructure for a dynamic, scaling business
🎯 Requirements
• 5–7 years of legal experience • Admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction • Advising high-growth technology or SaaS companies on commercial and corporate matters • Experience in fintech, payments, or product counseling is a plus • Sound judgment and autonomy • Ability to translate legal risk into actionable guidance for business stakeholders.
