• Support all aspects of Motus's fast-growing, data-driven business • Lead commercial contracting and provide counsel across SaaS transactions, data privacy, AI, and fintech • Involve in M&A, regulatory compliance, product development, and international expansion • Drive contract negotiations and mitigate risk
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of legal experience across law firm and in-house environments • Deep expertise in SaaS contracting, data protection, and privacy law (CCPA, GDPR) • Experience in fintech/payments, marketing, or commercial litigation is a plus • Clear communicator • Skilled negotiator • Proactive problem-solver who thrives in dynamic, collaborative environments.
