📋 Description

• Lead the company’s global legal function and serve as a member of the executive team • Oversee the full spectrum of legal matters including product, commercial, privacy, governance, and strategic transactions • Act as a strategic business partner, translating company priorities into practical legal frameworks • Guide Zapier through the evolving AI and regulatory landscape • Develop frameworks around transparency and responsible use of AI-powered products • Oversee enterprise commercial agreements, strategic partnerships, and cross-border legal matters • Serve as corporate secretary to the Board and lead governance and subsidiary management matters • Continue building an AI-enabled legal function through scalable processes, automation, and metrics
