• Lead the evolution of Lloyd, community-powered AI co-pilot for in-house legal teams • Diagnose and improve response quality • Identify content gaps • Collaborate closely with engineering • Ship code and design directly • Run design partner programs • Translate member feedback into actionable product improvements • Drive go-to-market efforts • Advocate for Lloyd across channels • Ensure the product remains at the forefront of AI advancements
🎯 Requirements
• 5–10 years of legal experience spanning both big law and in-house roles • Proven track record of shipping AI skills, agents, or workflows • Strong written communication • High agency • Community mindset
