📋 Description
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements across the payments and financial services ecosystem • Act as a strategic advisor to Sales, shaping deal structure and negotiation strategy • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Compliance teams to guide the development and launch of financial products • Contribute to scaling the legal function by developing templates, playbooks, and negotiation frameworks

• Deep experience in commercial contracting within fintech or regulated environments • Strong transactional judgment • Ability to operate independently while influencing stakeholders across functions
