📋 Description

• Make high-volume outbound B2B sales calls • Qualify prospects and schedule sales appointments • Research and identify businesses that fit our target market • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reports • Meet daily activity targets (80–100 calls/emails per day)

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven success in B2B outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a pleasant, friendly tone and convincing delivery. • A warm, persuasive, and pleasant personality. • Experienced in using CRM systems. • Maintains professionalism and a client-focused mindset during interactions. • Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working remotely. • Able to work independently, manage time well, and meet targets. • Must be open to feedback and teamwork. • Must have a noise-canceling headset, PC/laptop with Intel Core i5 or better, and reliable internet. • Must have access to a quiet, distraction-free space for efficient work. • Available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. • High school diploma, college degree preferred. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
