• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries. • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. • Process invoices, expense reports, and payment runs accurately and on time. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports. • Support month-end and year-end close processes. • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies. • Maintain compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations. • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to manage accounting data and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accountant, ideally in a remote setting. • Must be able to work the graveyard shift based on US Pacific Time. • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is required. • Familiarity with U.S. GAAP or other applicable accounting standards. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
