🎯 Requirements

• MS in computer science, bioengineering, data science or a related discipline with 3+ years of industry experience • Experience with data lakes, knowledge graphs • Experience working in an AWS environment • Expertise in scripting languages – Python, R, and linux shell environment • Bonus: experience developing workflows • Knowledge of structured and unstructured databases, including Postgres • Experience with data science workflows • Bonus: knowledge of machine learning models and-development cycle • Experience with NGS data and bioinformatics tools and file formats • Bonus: Experience with multi-modal datasets
