📋 Description
• Partner with the Game Manager to plan and execute overall casino strategy. • Manage and optimize the RNG and Live Casino portfolios (Slots, Table Games, Game Shows, etc.). • Analyze performance and player behavior to identify growth opportunities. • Assist in maintaining relationships and negotiations with providers and aggregators. • Support campaign planning with Marketing, CRM, and Retention teams. • Ensure smooth website presentation, launches, and promotional execution. • Provide insights and feedback to improve content, risk, and profitability settings. • Support the team as a source of knowledge and by sharing best practices.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in the iGaming industry, with at least 1 year in a role related to Casino Product Coordination (RNG and/or Live Casino). • Deep understanding of casino game mechanics, mathematics, player behavior, RTP, volatility, and performance optimization. • Proven ability to drive commercial results through data-driven decision-making. • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of translating data and insights into actionable business strategies. • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar).
