• Manage and develop existing customer accounts as well as high-potential new customers • Drive profitable growth by identifying customer needs and proactively following up • Independently process orders and conduct price negotiations • Plan and coordinate customer campaigns based on CRM data • Maintain close communication with internal stakeholders and coordinate field sales • Maintain customer data and market intelligence
• Completed commercial training (e.g., business or vocational qualification), ideally with a focus on sales or wholesale/foreign trade • Experience in active sales, account management, or inside sales • Good product knowledge or strong technical understanding • Strong sales aptitude • Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities • Structured, reliable work style and a sense of responsibility • Confident use of digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, MS Office, Teams)
