📋 Description

• Demonstrates a blend of project/teamwork and technical expertise • Knowledge of the main research methods used within Lumanity • Understanding of how different functions at Lumanity work together • Interprets the changing landscape at Lumanity and its impact on the HEOR team • Defines how the HEOR team aligns with organizational strategy • Leads technical delivery workstreams on complex projects • Acts as day-to-day point of contact for clients on projects • Manages project team and tasks to ensure delivery on time and quality • Participates in business development activities, including project scoping and proposal development • Maintains accountability for revenue and utilization targets • Supports thought leadership as requested

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree required • 2-3+ years of experience • Must be a clear and collaborative communicator • Drives results and achieve deadlines • Possesses strong critical thinking skills • Drives innovation and delivers with excellence • Strong skills and demonstrated consulting experience in at least one of these areas: - Health Economics - HEOR-related Statistics - HEOR / HTA Strategy - Evidence Review and/or Synthesis - HEOR Expert Elicitation / Stakeholder Engagement - Value Communication • Knowledge of new innovations and technical developments within the organization and HEOR functions
