📋 Description

• As Lead Developer and Architect at LUMASERV, you shape the technical future of our web applications — both strategically and hands-on in the code • You act as the central interface between development teams and the founding team, developing scalable, modern solutions for enterprise customers and the public sector • You conduct regular code reviews and help establish best practices within the team • You lead development teams in technical planning and communicate a clear direction and strategy • You attend customer meetings and assess the technical feasibility of features and projects • You recommend appropriate coding standards and architectural decisions for robust, future-proof solutions • You increase team productivity through process optimization and automation

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive development experience with Vue, Node, and Laravel • Solid understanding of modern web standards (including SPAs, accessibility, and design systems) • Experience leading development teams • Experience in database design and optimization (SQL, MongoDB, Supabase) • Proven ability in technical planning for large-scale applications and platforms • Familiarity with web protocols (HTTP/RPC) and documentation formats (Swagger/OpenAPI) • Hands-on experience using AI models to improve development efficiency
