📋 Description

• Ensure insurance compliance obligations are met under loan documents and investor requirements • Provide strategic leadership of the insurance function and oversee operations • Drive performance against key metrics and maintain an efficient operating model • Lead the integration of technology solutions into insurance compliance processes • Partner across functions to align systems and workflows with business needs • Monitor operational reports and key metrics to ensure proactive management • Maintain deep knowledge of lender insurance requirements • Support audit readiness by coordinating data collection for audits

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required • 8-12 years of experience in the commercial real estate mortgage industry • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated people leadership experience • Strong ability to translate complex insurance requirements into clear guidance • Proven experience leveraging technology and data to drive process improvements • Familiarity with workflow automation tools • Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • High level of discretion and professionalism • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant industry or enterprise systems
