• Shape and deliver Luminate’s funding strategy in practice. • Articulate the region’s ecosystem value proposition to partners and funders. • Direct resources toward high-impact opportunities and steward critical relationships. • Manage senior-level grantee and funder relationships and explore collaboration opportunities. • Ensure organizational learning informs strategy and development. • Oversee grant-making quality and enforce regional standards.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior role related to strategic funding or organizational development. • Strong understanding of the regional ecosystem of funders and grantees. • Proven track record in proposal development and managing complex grant relationships. • Excellent communication and relationship management skills. • Ability to synthesize insights and inform organizational strategy.
