• Support the Director of Teaching and Learning in developing high-quality teacher guides, student books, and supplementary materials. • Ensure materials are informed by the latest evidence on teaching. • Optimize materials for all students, including those with learning differences. • Provide ongoing monitoring and coaching to country teams on effective pedagogical approaches.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred. • For Associate Director level: a minimum of five years of relevant experience. • For Program Analyst level: a minimum of two years of relevant experience in international development, education, or nonprofit sectors. • Familiarity with the science of reading and structured pedagogy approaches. • Exceptional attention to detail. • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
