• - Develop and manage trusted customer relationships and strategic partnerships • - Identify target accounts and customers within the accounts based on their business needs and personas • - Qualify and drive sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle • - Monitor and manage client expectations and perception pre and post product delivery • - Create strategic account plans, forecasts, and execution strategies • - Act as a bridge between delivery and sales • - Manage existing accounts and assist with statement of work creation modification and submission • - Assist with account profitability and invoicing • - Responsible for revenue forecasting accuracy.
• - 5+ years of experience in a sales engineering role or related technical sales experience. • - Experience in managing web projects, ideally in an agency or web development company. • - Strong understanding of IT services, software development, including related technologies and processes. • - Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively. • - Proficient in creating technical documentation, presentations, and proposals. • - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities. • - Fluency in both Spanish and English is required. • **Soft Skills:** • - Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking. • - Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset. • - Proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and improving skills.
