📋 Description
• We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join our team and help create, maintain, and improve documentation for our Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure. • You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to produce clear, accurate, and accessible content for both technical and non-technical users. • Your work will focus on documenting cloud architecture, deployment processes, APIs, and best practices to support internal teams and clients in maximizing the value of our solutions. • Write and maintain clear documentation, including technical guides, API references, and onboarding materials for cloud solutions (Azure, AWS). • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure accuracy and relevance of content, reflecting updates and new features. • Document cloud deployment strategies, security guidelines, and cloud-native tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, AWS CloudFormation, Terraform). • Organize and update documentation in platforms like Confluence and GitHub to ensure consistency and clarity. • Create visual aids (diagrams, charts) and assist in developing training materials for both technical and non-technical users.
🎯 Requirements
• +4 years of experience as a Technical Writer in a cloud or software-focused organization. • English advanced. • Strong understanding of Azure and AWS cloud platforms, including core services like EC2, S3, RDS, Azure Functions, and Azure Storage (Certifications is a plus) • Proficiency in documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, Microsoft Office, or Adobe FrameMaker. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools, and cloud monitoring solutions. • Ability to read and understand basic code (e.g., YAML, JSON, Python, or Shell scripting) is a plus. • Experience writing for security, compliance, or governance in cloud environments. • Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools like Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes.
