📋 Description
• Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to support Luupli’s growth and mission. • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. • Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Manage financial risks and opportunities to maximize organizational sustainability. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors. • Develop and deliver compelling investment narratives that align with Luupli’s vision and mission. • Coordinate investor communications, including regular updates, reports, and presentations. • Lead fundraising efforts, including preparing pitch materials, and managing due diligence processes. • Partner with the executive team to shape and execute the company’s strategic goals. • Provide financial insights and analysis to inform decision-making and drive business performance. • Support mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships as needed. • Represent Luupli at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings. • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team. • Foster a culture of inclusivity, transparency, and continuous improvement within the finance department. • Ensure alignment of the finance team’s goals with the broader organizational objectives.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred. • Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the tech or social media industry. • Demonstrated success in investor relations and fundraising. • Strong understanding of financial modelling, analysis, and reporting. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote working environment. • Passion for Luupli’s mission and values, with a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusivity.
