📋 Description

• Complete marketplace/store management and account health • Create and optimize catalogs and perform bulk uploads • Manage catalogs using Excel/CSV • Monitor and troubleshoot inventory feeds and synchronization • Monitor orders, cancellations, and fulfillment • Identify marketplace advertising opportunities • Manage promotions, deals, and seasonal campaigns • Conduct competitor and market research and optimize products • Manage marketplace support tickets and resolve issues • Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve store performance

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Amazon PL account management experience, with some Mirakl exposure • Mirakl experience strongly preferred • Amazon PL experience can be considered • Proven experience managing a Private Label brand/store • Strong Excel/CSV skills • Understanding of catalog, inventory, promotions, and marketplace operations • Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability • Strong ownership and attention to detail
