📋 Description

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and marketplace growth • Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations from product sourcing and procurement through warehouse delivery and fulfillment • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement efficiency, cost-reduction, and productivity improvements • Coordinate supply chain, marketplace, warehouse, finance, and operations teams • Forecast product demand using sales data, marketplace trends, seasonality, and promotions • Maintain optimal inventory levels and develop replenishment plans • Monitor inventory turnover, aging stock, sell-through rates, and stock availability across Amazon FBA, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, Temu, eBay, and SHEIN • Manage procurement activities, supplier selection, purchase orders, order tracking, and supplier relationships • Negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities, payment terms, production timelines, and delivery schedules • Monitor supplier quality, cost, reliability, and delivery performance • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, freight forwarding, shipment tracking, and warehouse coordination • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping companies, customs brokers, 3PL providers, and fulfillment centers • Ensure timely inventory delivery to fulfillment centers and distribution channels • Monitor shipping costs, lead times, and logistics performance; resolve delays, discrepancies, and disruptions • Reduce procurement, transportation, warehousing, and fulfillment costs and optimize landed cost per unit • Develop and implement SOPs for procurement, inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations • Lead, supervise, and develop the supply chain team; assign responsibilities and monitor performance • Establish KPIs and performance standards • Prepare supply chain reports, dashboards, and management updates • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field • Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory management, or logistics • At least 1–2 years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role • Proven experience in e-commerce, retail, consumer products, or multi-channel marketplace operations • Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory planning, procurement, supplier management, and logistics • Experience with Amazon FBA and Walmart Marketplace supply chain operations is highly preferred • Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Temu, eBay, and SHEIN fulfillment requirements will be an added advantage • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets; experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems is preferred • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
