📋 Description
• Build and operate the self-service infrastructure platform • Own core layers of the platform • Make agents first-class developers • Own the validation platform and quality gate frameworks • Build internal tooling, observability, and metrics
🎯 Requirements
• Staff-level ownership in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE • Active use of AI development tools • Deep Kubernetes (EKS) and AWS experience • Strong IaC (Terraform) and GitOps experience • Identity, access, and policy-as-code experience • Proven track record building self-service developer platforms • CI/CD depth (GitHub Actions) • Cost-awareness • Excellent cross-team communication
