📋 Description

• Develop and implement a targeted prospecting strategy aimed at small and medium-sized businesses • Manage responses to consultations and specific tender processes • Assess business owners’ needs and challenges • Develop tailored recommendations for group benefits, including healthcare, protection and risk coverage, and retirement solutions • Support proposals with expert guidance to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships • Maintain a regular field presence to build trust and secure client retention • Manage the sales pipeline • Accurately monitor performance indicators and prepare sales reports • Increase the visibility of group offerings across the three key areas of employee benefits • Manage activities independently, working directly with the Sales Department based in the Jura region

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales prospecting • Knowledge of individual and group supplementary health insurance • Highly organized and meticulous • Valid Category B driving licence required • Home-based position in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region • Availability for daily travel within designated prospecting areas near your home
