📋 Description
• Provides guidance and training to EMR Analysts • Ensures written and verbal requests for release of information are responded to accurately and timely • Monitors staff schedules, productivity, and workflow • Serves as a liaison to the Network HIM Release of Information Manager • Coaches HIM EMR Analysts to achieve higher performance levels
🎯 Requirements
• Associate’s Degree in health information technology or a healthcare related field • 6+ years of directly related experience • 3 years of experience with HIM and HIM related application use • 3 years of electronic medical record (EMR) and related applications experience • Strong problem solving abilities • Knowledgeable with electronic medical record and applicable clinical, department, and vendor applications
