📋 Description

• Manage and monitor clients’ telecommunications systems and networks • Analyze data traffic • Prevent events that may cause slowdowns, instability, or outages • Ensure the continuous availability of services, as well as network security and integrity • Perform highly complex configurations on routers, switches, antennas, and servers • Provide customer service and technical support • Create and deliver training sessions • Assist with team development • Create and maintain accurate, up-to-date technical documentation • Create, implement, and review work processes • Develop and execute technical projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree in a relevant technology field • Professional experience in the field, as specified in the mandatory application field • Knowledge of customer service • Knowledge of network monitoring tools • Knowledge of fiber-optic technology • Knowledge of Zabbix • Knowledge of Grafana • Knowledge of Linux • Knowledge of technical support for telecommunications networks • Leadership skills • Availability to work full-time • Employment under the CLT labor regime
