📋 Description

• Assist in the creation and management of user documentation for our full suite of products. • Participate in the writing process of release notes and documentation updates in response to feature development, and manage a backlog of user content requests. • Assist development teams in creating a consistent, intuitive user experience for all Lone Wolf products. • Collect user feedback through direct interaction and automated collection, and define a strategy for improvement. • Conduct user content walk-throughs for both internal and external audiences. • Draw on written and verbal communication skills when collaborating with teams across multiple departments.

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to communicate technically complex concepts in a clear, concise manner to audiences with varying levels of technical comprehension. • Experience developing an information plan and executing on it in a timely fashion. • Lifelong student who enjoys using a wide variety of software applications, learning new ones, and figuring out how things work using the trial and error method. • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, you like collaborating with Product Owners, Developers, Subject Matter Experts, client-facing representatives, and other technical writers to determine user content needs. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment where you can apply your analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines, while maintaining a high standard of quality. • Keen eye for detail and strong editorial skills help you create compelling and visually appealing written content. • Exposure to content management systems such as Confluence and Salesforce Knowledge would be a plus. • Any prior experience with accounting systems, CRMs, or the real estate industry, as well as an understanding of SCRUM, Agile Development Methodology, and how they interact with the project life-cycle. • Experience creating topic-based content is a plus.
