📋 Description

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to map customer pains, needs, and behaviors. • Structure job maps, outcome statements, and translate findings into user journeys and flows. • Prototype low- and mid-fidelity screens and flows to validate hypotheses with customers and stakeholders. • Facilitate co-creation and discovery workshops with multidisciplinary squads. • Translate insights into clear, visual recommendations that guide the product roadmap. • Support prioritization of design opportunities using frameworks such as Outcome-Driven Innovation (ODI). • Create and maintain a research and prototype knowledge base accessible across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or a similar role. • Experience conducting in-depth interviews, surveys, and data analysis. • Ability to prototype interfaces (Figma or similar), connecting research insights to visual representations. • Familiarity with e-commerce and marketplace management (ads, sales, integrations). • Ability to structure complex findings into clear, actionable, and visual formats. • Strong communication skills to engage technical and business stakeholders. • Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams. • **Differentials:** • Solid knowledge of Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) methodologies, outcome statements, and job maps. • Hands-on experience with Outcome-Driven Innovation (ODI). • Previous experience with ERP, SaaS, or B2B platforms. • Advanced English or Spanish.
