📋 Description

• Product discovery • Sequence features for each release, breaking them down into Epics and User Stories; • Document service flows and business rules defined for the solution. • Ensure the backlog is prepared in advance, kept up to date, prioritized and reflects the product’s strategic decisions; • Ensure backlog items do not stagnate, respecting SLAs and agreed policies for workflow; • Classify tasks based on impact, effort and dependencies identified by the team; • Discard tasks with low business value, or those that are not viable from a user experience or technical perspective, and report the reason for discarding to the requester; • Create and detail user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria and test cases; • Ensure stories are clear to the team and reflect user and business needs; • Define and validate the expected acceptance criteria for deliveries. • Actively collaborate with the engineering team in their cadences and channels to clarify questions during the work cycle; • Functionally validate the team’s deliveries; • Track work items from other teams that affect the product; • Document minutes and agreements resulting from refinements and interactions with the engineering team.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in digital product management; • Experience developing products using agile processes and methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban; • Strong command of writing User Stories, conducting refinements, backlog management, Roadmapping and defining prioritization frameworks or criteria. • Knowledge of the OKR methodology to ensure the team delivers not just features but results (outcome-driven); • Ability to identify or select strong problems and hypotheses and to drive them from product discovery through product delivery. • Holistic product perspective and a data-driven approach, considering data and viewpoints from different areas to build product strategy. • Ability to reconcile current issues with product strategy and long-term vision. • Knowledge of the product lifecycle. • Product-level technical autonomy to handle complex scenarios and promote a collaborative creative environment with the Engineering team; • A technical background is not required, but it is essential to understand technical terms in order to communicate with the development team.
