📋 Description

• You will be part of a multidisciplinary team composed of developers, a QA Analyst, a Product Manager, SRE and Security, developing solutions that delight our customers; • Participate in agile ceremonies with the team (stand-ups, alignment, impediment removal, and planning); • Contribute to the construction and configuration of environments, pipelines, and migrations; • Monitor and interpret metrics to follow team health and the velocity toward objectives, proposing improvements where needed during the process; • Help define and maintain the squad's objectives; • Implement features, work on bug fixes, and improve our products; • Continuously teach and learn in a collaborative environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Programming language: Ruby • Experience with the Rails framework • Familiarity with dependency management • Object-oriented programming • SQL databases • Experience with unit testing • Git • Good security, testing, and software development practices • Experience consuming and developing APIs • Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, etc. • Development of code with asynchronous processing • Experience in code review
