📋 Description

• Act as the team's technical reference, actively participating in development with PHP (Laravel) and Vue.js. • Support the team in architectural decisions, ensuring solution quality, performance, and scalability. • Lead code reviews, pair programming sessions, and technical mentoring to raise the team's delivery standards. • Collaborate with product, UX, and business stakeholders, helping translate challenges into efficient, sustainable technical solutions. • Be an active voice in evolving the stack, engineering practices, and automations (CI/CD).

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a senior developer or technical lead in engineering teams (10+ people). • Proficiency in PHP (Laravel) and Vue.js. • Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, RESTful APIs, and security best practices. • Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and modern architectural patterns. • Ability to lead by example, with focus on quality, collaboration, and the technical growth of the team. • Experience with scalable architectures and high-availability environments (desirable). • Experience in scale-ups or SaaS companies (desirable). • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) (desirable).
