📋 Description

• Multi-Modal Therapy: Deliver high-quality counselling via Face-to-Face (in-person), Virtual (on-camera), and Telephonic modalities. • Solution-Focused Interventions: Apply evidence-based practices tailored specifically to workplace wellness and employee care timelines. • 24-Hour Mandate: Commit to Lyra’s strict 24-hour documentation compliance policy. All case notes must be completed within this timeframe to ensure seamless case management and accurate remuneration tracking. • Quality Standards: Maintain rigorous clinical notes that meet global quality standards and audit protocols. • Verification System: Ensure all client interactions are formally verified via Lyra’s official notice system. In the absence of a formal notification from Lyra Health, treatment cannot be initiated under the EAP umbrella. • Safety First: Actively identify high-risk cases, crises, or clinical "red flags," and strictly follow Lyra’s established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for emergency handling. • Financial Integrity: Adhere to Lyra's direct-transaction policy. All fees are handled centrally, and any direct billing or transaction with the employee is strictly prohibited. • Non-Solicitation: Maintain total transparency and respect professional boundaries by adhering to a strict non-solicitation policy to safeguard the integrity of the EAP ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD. • Certification: A valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India. • Experience Level: A minimum of two (2) years of post-qualification clinical experience following the completion of your Master’s degree. • Specialized Background: Prior experience as an EAP service provider is highly preferred, alongside a profound understanding of short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models.
