📋 Description

• Provide high-quality mental health support to corporate employees across various modalities. • Operate within a structured framework that prioritizes clinical integrity and timely documentation. • Deliver solution-focused therapy to ensure a premium care experience. • Commit to documentation compliance policy to ensure accurate remuneration tracking.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD. • Certification: A valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India. • Experience Level: A minimum of two (2) years of post-qualification clinical experience following the completion of your Master’s degree. • Specialized Background: Prior experience as an EAP service provider is highly preferred, alongside a profound understanding of short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models.
