📋 Description

• Arrange face-to-face and virtual therapy according to procedures and clinical/client standards • Manage client cases to alleviate presenting problems through thorough case management • Case manage affiliate counsellors and provide feedback, support, and guidance • Identify affiliate needs and support the affiliation process when required • Implement client-specific policies and procedures, including substance abuse, occupational health, and incapacity management protocols • Manage clinical risk with emergency contacts, hospitals, referrers, and other third parties • Conduct Exec|Care sessions and telephone counselling as required • Monitor service levels and conduct impact assessments • Complete customer satisfaction surveys for all face-to-face cases • Maintain accurate computer records of services and communications • Report weekly customer satisfaction, impact survey, and case management statistics • Provide timely feedback to account managers, team leaders, management, and client companies • Attend meetings, supervision, and staff support groups • Perform other relevant duties as required by the Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Fully qualified and registered social worker with at least an Honours degree in Social Work, OR a fully qualified and registered Counselling/Clinical psychologist, OR a Registered Counsellor • Registration with the appropriate professional body • BA (Honours) (BPsych) and registration with the HPCSA, or MA (Clinical/Counselling Psychology) and registration with the HPCSA, or BA (Social Work) and registration with the SACSSP • Relevant experience providing counselling to people at risk, child abuse, workplace risks, GBV and high-profile clients preferred • Multilingualism including English preferred • Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of documentation and record-keeping • Strong follow-through, deadline adherence, prioritisation, and workflow structuring • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously • Strong clinical judgment and ethical integrity • Strong administrative competence and commercial awareness in corporate mental health environments • Confident engagement with senior executives and strong communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively and make independent decisions
