📋 Description

• Provide remote, short-term, evidence-based coaching sessions with adults • Participate in training related to Lyra’s evidence-based mental health coaching model • Support clients’ emotional and mental health through empathy, a warm and safe space, exploration of difficult emotions, person-centered coaching, and research-backed skills and practices • Share assessments between sessions to enhance learning, monitor client improvement, and ensure clients receive the right form of care • Engage in ongoing clinical consultation with Lyra’s expert clinical team • Maintain adherence to Lyra’s coaching model and quality standards • Use Lyra’s online booking platform to work with clients • Deliver high-quality coaching while Lyra manages business operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or 10+ years of relevant professional experience • Credentialed by a recognized coaching body such as the Israeli Association of Coaching (CCIL), ICF, AC, or EMCC Global • Minimum 175 hours of core theoretical coaching education • Minimum 100 hours of supervised practicum • 24 hours of mentoring/supervision • At least 100 coaching hours with adults post-certification • Active membership in good standing with CCIL, ICF, AC, or EMCC • Ability to coach the whole person rather than focus on fixing or problem-solving • Comfort coaching clients navigating mental and emotional barriers • Openness to helping clients practice acceptance, mindfulness, and self-compassion • Ability to authentically connect and be present with clients • Independent and experienced using technology to connect with clients • Openness to learning and using new content • Passion for mental health • Ability to deliver culturally responsive care to clients from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs and abilities • Required certificates, credentials, and verification documents, including academic degree diploma, coaching certification or professional credential, signed practicum and supervision hours verification, and active membership certificate and rank confirmation from CCIL or equivalent organization
