• Lead, supervise, and provide guidance to a team of psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other mental health professionals • Provide clinical oversight and support for team members, ensuring they have the resources and training they need to deliver high-quality psychiatric care • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, formulate accurate diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans • Utilize therapeutic techniques and medication management strategies to address conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders • Foster a collaborative treatment environment, educate families on mental health issues, and involve them in care planning • Conduct virtual psychiatric sessions and leverage technology to maintain regular communication with members and families • Participate in team meetings, contribute to collaborative care planning, and provide consultative support to other team members • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, care plans, and progress notes and use data analytics to assess outcomes and improve care quality • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards, engage in ongoing professional development, and commit to ethical, patient-centered care practices
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with an active license in at least one state (priority states based on Bend's operational needs) • Experience with Virtual Care and tele-psychiatry platforms • Demonstrated Family Engagement skills and experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults • Familiarity with JACHO guidelines and competency in practicing within an accredited framework to ensure safety, quality, and compliance
