📋 Description
• Provide psychological counseling to employees by telephone and chat on a wide range of issues related to work, relationships, family, social matters, health, etc. • Conduct initial support calls after traumatic events • Provide telephone consultation to managers on various leadership tasks (managing employees with mental health difficulties, substance use at the workplace, etc.) • Deliver workshops and training sessions for employees and managers
🎯 Requirements
• Master's degree in Psychology • Experience in psychological counseling (preferably solution-focused) • Native-level German; excellent spoken and written English; French is a plus • Confident use of various digital communication and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, etc.)
