📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders from stakeholder departments to gather and document business requirements related to enterprise systems processes and functionality • Write functional requirement documentation to guide the development process and contribute to writing development tickets • Communicate changes, updates, and enhancements to the Salesforce system to key stakeholders • Contribute to project management of new feature builds and rollouts on the international Salesforce system, ensuring work is completed to schedule and business requirements • Analyze existing system and business processes with stakeholders and identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency • Provide guidance for user training and support of the system and manage a “train the trainer” model • Attend occasional evening meetings to accommodate US and other international time zones

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years proven experience as a business analyst (or in technical project management), including 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and capabilities • Competency and familiarity with Agile development methodologies • Experience with Salesforce data analysis, reporting and dashboards • Must be flexible to attend meetings outside standard local working hours to accommodate global clients and teams on occasion
