• Act as a core engine for both strategic sourcing and procurement operations. • Fully own the end-to-end sourcing and negotiation lifecycle for our mid-tier spend bucket ($25k–$250k contract value). • Manage day-to-day procurement operations. • Project-manage the digital transformation of our intake-to-pay infrastructure.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement operations, or supply chain management, preferably within a high-growth tech or healthcare environment. • Proven track record of independently negotiating mid-tier technology (SaaS), Marketing, Consulting, and Professional Services contracts. • Hands-on experience with modern Procurement/P2P software and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools. Experience leading or heavily supporting a P2P tool implementation is a massive plus. • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with the ability to turn spend data into highly structured, actionable information. • Exceptional time-management and project management skills; ability to balance running multiple fast-moving sourcing projects simultaneously with a major software rollout. • Ability to navigate cross-functional bottlenecks and negotiate effectively with vendors.
