• Plan and lead end-to-end event projects (live, virtual, hybrid) • Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers • Own timelines, budgets, and client communication • Translate client needs into creative, high-impact event concepts • Be a reliable point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
🎯 Requirements
• 2-4 years of experience in event or project management • An organised mindset and love for structure • Confidence in managing client relationships and event logistics • Familiarity with agency life or fast-paced environments • Fluency in German and professional-level English
